Attending the Pilates Studio:
* Please note that whilst Gateway Pilates is associated with Gateway Osteopathy, they have different operating hours and our studio timetable will often operate outside the normal clinic hours. Normally we welcome Pilates clients reporting to the clinic downstairs for administrative purposes.
In the event you attend the clinic downstairs and it appears to be closed, please proceed to the rear of the building where you will find a door that accesses the buildings foyer and common area. Our Pilates studio is located on level 1 up the stairs to the left. Once up the stairs you simply can’t miss it.
We recommend you wear loose comfortable clothing for Pilates, bring a drink bottle and a towel, and we have a clean sock policy.
We look forward to seeing you in our studio some time soon.
