Yoga for Pregnancy.

Yoga assists in developing strength, flexibility and a loving connection with your baby.

Annie’s sessions offer a special time each week to lovingly connect with your baby and prepare for the forthcoming birth.  Women follow the progress, challenges and joys of pregnancy week by week.  The emphasis is on birth preparation, including posture, alignment and relieving discomfort associated with pregnancy.

Breathing appropriate for birth is used in conjunction with yoga postures so women experience using breath with movement and feeling the benefits of releasing tension.

Annie then lovingly guides you through relaxation where you enjoy special time to connect with your baby while being nurtured and relaxed.  Relaxation also teaches the body to release soften and open.  Wonderful birth preparation.

Each session offers an opportunity to become more informed, prepared, revitalised and relaxed.

These unique classes celebrate pregnancy and childbirth in a supportive and nurturing environment.

No experience necessary.

Costs: Casual = $25, 5 Session Pass $100

Annie Fogarty is a qualified yoga teacher, childbirth educator, doula and calm birth practitioner. She specialises in pre natal yoga and is passionate in helping prepare women to have joyful pregnancies and positive birth experiences
