-Casual Receptionist Required
We are seeking a casual receptionist that will be able to work approximately up to 1-3 x 3-5 hours shifts per week including the occasional Saturday. Our clinic receptions hours vary from 8am through until 7pm in the evenings, and until 1pm on Saturdays. A willingness to be flexible and cover extra shifts for fellow staff members is a must.
The ideal candidate will be organised, have an excellent phone manner and customer service skills. Good general computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets, Ideally Mac savvy, and social media savvy. Experience with the following softwares Cliniko, Mindbodyonline, Xero and Canva will be looked upon favourably, however training is available.
The job consists of booking patients, taking payments and general clerical and cleaning work, assisting practitioners with letters and communication, performing social media posts etc.
