Normal Operating Hours: 

• The Osteopathic Clinic and reception will be closed between 1.15pm and 2.15pm daily for lunch, if contacting the clinic during this time please leave a message as we will get back to you.

• If you have a Pilates appointment or class scheduled and the clinic is closed downstairs for any reason, please enter our Pilates studio from the rear of the building.  Pilates is located up the stairs and to the left.
• Public Holidays – Pilates Studio is usually closed, and Osteopathic Clinic is sometimes open.  It is worth noting on Public Holidays there are different rates, prepayment is required with bookings and there will not be a receptionist.
