Shonadh Toon
(Pilates Instructor)
Shonadh started Pilates on her own body way back in the mid 1990’s to address postural problems from office work and one too many falls off horses. After the first 6 sessions with the pain in her shoulder gone and her back improving, she was hooked.
In 2004 she completed her level 1 instructor training with Pilates ITC to begin her Pilates teaching journey. Nowadays she highly ranked within Pilates circles as a Level 3 member of the Pilates Alliance of Australasia.
Shonadh is passionate about the benefits Pilates can bring to all bodies and enjoys helping people realise their fitness goals and improve their overall strength and flexibility.
She continues to practice it on her own body every day and includes a supervised session every week, because even when you know what to do your body will often find a way to cheat.
